Anyone who experiences loss knows the pain and sadness that is felt.

There is no right or wrong way to grief and we find ourselves in different stages of the grief and bereavement journey.

The Grief Cafe provides a supportive space to have a cuppa and meet with others who have experienced bereavement and loss, and to share stories of your loved ones.

Come along for 5 minutes or the whole 2 hours.

Be assured of a warm welcome and leave with the knowledge that you are not alone.

 You can light a virtual candle in memory of a loved one on the Church of England website.
